Pendampingan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan dan Manajemen Operasional BUMDes Maju Bersama

Abstract

One form of practicing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that can be carried out by teachers is through community service activities. Based on this, the writing team carried out a form of service to the community in the form of assistance in preparing financial reports and operational management at the Maju Bersama Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as a fostered partner engaged in the business of making woven mats in Katemas village, Kudu District, Jombang Regency. Activities were carried out starting from observation and mentoring activities 3 times. The problem faced is that BUMDes Maju Bersama has not prepared appropriate financial reports and the implementation of operational management is not optimal. Through a series of mentoring activities carried out with partners, progress has been made in BUMDes Maju Bersama which can prepare financial reports according to Accounting Standards and apply operational management in partner business activities.
