PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN WEBSITE PROFIL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KAPASITAS DIGITAL PERUSDA SML

Abstract


Perusda SML faced challenges in optimizing their profile website usage. This community service aimed to enhance staff technical competence in website management, optimize website feature utilization, improve community interaction, and increase website security and performance. The methods employed included intensive training, hands-on practice, and continuous evaluation. Results showed significant improvement in website management skills, SEO application, and cybersecurity understanding. Outputs achieved include new SOPs for website management and improved content quality. This activity has a sustainable impact on Perusda's digital capacity and service to the community.
