Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Dalam Rangka Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Pengrajin Batik Salingka Tabek Kabupaten Solok

Abstract

Tanah Liek batik craft is a typical batik originating from West Sumatra, the workmanship of Tanah Liek batik is almost the same as batik in general, but there are some differences in the process of dyeing the cloth in clay to get a natural color. This community service activity was carried out by hand-drawn batik craftsmen, Koto Baru, Solok Regency. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide reinforcement and understanding of bookkeeping for batik craftsmen using accounting so that it can be used as a reference and guideline for managerial decision making. The problem currently being faced by the batik tulis craftsmen is related to financial management, which still uses manual bookkeeping. So that in reporting it is not clear between assets, liabilities, capital, profits and sales earned during a certain period. Apart from that, batik artisans are in conflict with each other because there is no transparent financial management or a lack of managerial and financial skills. The methods and solutions offered are counseling and assistance regarding bookkeeping using accounting and management. The output target to be achieved in this PKM is that the batik artisans are able to improve their ability to prepare financial reports so that they are able to design sales and profit targets to be achieved in the future.
