PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN KOPI KULIT MANGGIS MINUMAN KESEHATAN YANG HALAL BERGUNA PENGANTI KOPI KAFEIN TINGGI

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide training to residents and small and medium business groups who want to increase family economic income, and to provide information, educate on the benefits of mangosteen peel which can be used as a health drink to replace coffee which contains caffeine. The method used in the service is to provide counseling and training to residents and small businesses through socialization and counseling. In the process of this service the author uses sample data from several previous studies with community service that has been carried out so as to produce results that have been tested. This activity was carried out in Jatisela village, Gunungsari sub-district, West Lombok district. by generating the following conclusions, many residents are enthusiastic about participating in this training to gain knowledge and gain useful skills from mangosteen peels which can be processed into health drinks that can provide benefits to the body.
