Penerapan Etika Berbisnis Dalam Operasional Usaha Pelaku UMKM Di Kelurahan Rontu

Abstract


Doing business, big or small, is bound up with ethical issues. Ethics refers to what a person should do morally. UMKM Rengginang is engaged in food products made from glutinous rice as the basic ingredient. Located in Rontu Village, Raba District. This MSME activity has the aim of providing knowledge to MSMEs about business ethics that MSMEs need to have in doing business. In addition, MSME businesses are located in densely populated areas. Need to maintain ethical behavior where MSME businesses are located. The method offered to MSMEs is in the form of training/socialization in the form of leaflets. Materials made into leaflets include: introduction to ethics, ethical behavior, ethical principles in business and the application of business ethics. The results of the activity show that MSMEs are very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide stock of knowledge about business ethics in running a business.
