Abstract

A form of practicing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that can be carried out by lecturers is through community service activities. Based on this, the writing team provides community service in the form of operational management assistance to MSME players as fostered partners who run businesses in the food and woven manufacturing sectors. with the service location in Katemas Village, Kudu District, Jombang Regency. Activities carried out start from observation and mentoring activities. The problem faced by MSME players is that operational management is not yet optimal. Through a series of mentoring activities carried out with partners, there has been progress among MSME players who have implemented operational management in their business activities.
