Abstract

Almost every house in the Kambilo community has a guava tree and they only enjoy the fruit and ignore the leaves, even though guava leaves have various benefits that the people around there cannot know about. Their lack of awareness and lack of thinking about creative ideas and new innovations means that they are not aware that some of the existing natural resources, especially guava leaves, are very abundant and can even have a very high selling value, especially since guava leaves have a lot of them. benefits for body health. The method in this Community Service (PKM) activity is the knowledge transfer method and community development model, namely an approach that directly involves the object and subject in carrying out community service through training directly to the community. As a result of this activity, a new business group was formed consisting of women and especially young people whose products were guava leaf tea. The impact of this activity is that people have additional income and are no longer unemployed. The guava leaf tea that has been produced is ready to be marketed and an entrepreneurial group has been formed to process guava leaves into processed guava leaf tea.
