Optimalisasi Penggunaan Spreadsheet Dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari Pada Kantor Wali di Padang Limau Sundai

Abstract

In the current digital era, the use of information technology can be an effective solution to improve Nagari financial management. The use of spreadsheets has proven to be very effective in managing finances in various organizations. However, not many villages have utilized this technology optimally. Spreadsheet applications have an important role in financial management because of their ability to record, calculate and analyze data efficiently because they can help users record, plan, report, analyze and make decisions related to the financial aspects of an organization or business entity. In the future, this application will be used by the staffs of Wali Nagari Padang Limau Sundai, Sangir Jujuan, South Solok Regency, West Sumatra. They have responsible for financial management, such as the head of the nagari, treasurer and administrative staff. This training began with a survey to determine the level of knowledge and skills of the Nagari community in financial management. Then, use manual book for using spreadsheet applications practically and applicable, and also provide direct assistance and consultation after the training to ensure the implementation of effective financial management practices. The benefits of this activity are increasing efficiency and transparency in managing Nagari finances, increasing community participation in Nagari development through good financial management, increasing community skills and knowledge in the use of information technology.
